I’ll swap brand equity for a win or two…

September 20th, 2007 · No Comments

Hey, it worked for Delta, but it hasn’t worked for the LA Galaxy. So I created a new logo for my 0-2 Fantasy Football team, Terrapin on Tap. It’s Raphael from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and instead of wielding his traditional sai weapon, he’s got a cold one for you. Or […]

Today I salute Jerry Rice

September 19th, 2007 · No Comments

The NHL fans among you probably think I’m talking about Lord Stanley’s Cup. I’m not…sort of.
I’m speaking of the McCloud Family Fantasy Cup, the annual NHL playoff adventure between three of my cousins and me. We’ll select 5 forwards and 2 defensemen from each conference, awarding 3 pts. per goal, 2 pts. per […]

2006 Fantasy Football Wrap

December 30th, 2006 · No Comments

Now that both my Fantasy teams are over, I thought I’d write a wrap-up.
CBS Sportsline Private League: In my $100 entry CBS Sportsline 12-team league, I finished 8-8, 3rd out of 4 teams in my division, but 4th overall in the “Power” rankings, which includes Points and Breakdown. Our division champion […]
